State of Idaho partners with Western Governors University to expand options for Idaho workforce
BOISE — Gov. Brad Little signed a memorandum of understanding on June 15 with Western Governors University – a leading nonprofit, online university – to expand access to affordable degree programs for Idahoans who need additional education to thrive in the state’s evolving workforce.
The partnership supplements the learning opportunities available through Idaho’s public colleges and universities and is designed to target the estimated 165,000 Idahoans that have some college but no degree.
