NRSC director: ‘No doubt’ GOP will keep control of the Senate

President Donald Trump may be lagging in most public polls, but the director of Senate Republicans’ campaign arm is confident the GOP won’t lose its majority.

“There’s no doubt that Republicans will control the Senate” come when the next Congress is sworn-in next January, National Republican Senatorial Committee Executive Director Kevin McLaughlin told POLITICO Wednesday morning.
