This room will have updated technology including large TV screens and video conferencing equipment. It will serve as a quiet place to host storytimes and other programs as well as a room the community can reserve for meetings and events for no cost, library officials said.

The renovations have caused the library to be closed several weekends over the last few weeks, but staff and the community are excited for the flexibility and possibilities the new space will offer.
