Billings Clinic announces new leadership duo after resignation

System CEO Dr. Craig Lambrecht will be stepping down, following his letter of resignation to the board, Billings Clinic announced Monday. 

Stepping up will be the current system chief physician executive and Billings Clinic CEO Dr. Clint Seger, who will join Kevin Abel, president of Logan Health Medical Center and Logan Health Whitefish, as co-CEO for the system.

Billings Clinic-Logan Health system Board of Directors acknowledged Lambrecht’s work ushering in the Billings/Logan system merger last year.

“We thank Dr. Lambrecht for his role in bringing our two organizations together. Our unified health system will serve the needs of our patients, our staff and our communities across Montana and Wyoming for decades to come,” board members Craig Bartholomew of Billings and Mike Goguen of Whitefish, said in a statement.
