U.S. Attorney, St. Peter’s to discuss settlement Tuesday
Two news conferences have been called Tuesday in regards to the U.S. Attorney’s office and St. Peter’s Health.

U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich has called a news conference at 10 a.m. Tuesday to discuss a civil settlement agreement between the U.S. Department of Justice, other federal agencies, and St. Peter’s Health of Helena regarding the False Claims Act.
The U.S. Attorney’s office declined to release more information.
St. Peter’s Health later put out an email stating it would have a news conference at 11:30 a.m. to discuss the settlement. The hospital said their news conference was not open to the public.
