Tweets hint at Montana Trump rally
MISSOULA, Mont. — After a GOP campaign event with Vice President Mike Pence in Montana, a series of tweets further fueled speculation about the possibility of another Montana rally with President Trump.
President Trump campaigned for Montana GOP candidates four times in 2018, so there was little doubt he would be back in 2020. Once COVID-19 hit, it changed the campaign strategy for some time.
In June, Trump sent out a tweet calling the race between Sen. Steve Daines and Gov. Steve Bullock important for Montana, saying, “I’ll be there to help Steve win big!!!”
