Former Ravalli Co. deputy faces additional sexual assault charges in Missoula

A former Ravalli County Sheriff’s deputy facing a slew of allegations that he sexually harassed female suspects while on the job has been separately charged with sexual assault in Missoula.

Jeffrey Alan Gregoire, 44, has pleaded not guilty to a pair of misdemeanor sexual assault charges in Missoula Municipal Court. The case is separate from the one he faces in Ravalli County, where he’s been charged with six felonies related to an alleged pattern of sexually targeting women he encountered through his job as a sheriff’s deputy.

The first sexual assault citation refers to an incident on Nov. 13. 2023, about three months after Ravalli County officials began investigating him and he was subsequently fired.
