Former federal judge taken to court after fatal crash in April

A former federal judge was listed as a defendant in a civil case in which the plaintiff alleges negligence and gross negligence in a fatal head-on crash in April.

Court documents were filed Aug. 14 against Sam Haddon, 87, in Lewis and Clark County District Court by Alex Aldridge, who represents the estate of Pamela Aldridge, 71, who died in a crash involving Haddon. The plaintiff is seeking a jury trial. It requests the court issue a judgment against Haddon for all general and compensatory damages.
