Chip-sealing work scheduled Thursday, Friday on Marysville Road

Lewis and Clark County and Bullock Contracting will do chip-sealing work on Marysville Road on Thursday and Friday, county officials said.

The work will take place from the intersection with state Highway 279 to the end of the asphalt at Great Divide Ski Area.

The road will be reduced to one lane with a pilot car to guide traffic in the construction zone. The speed limit will be reduced to 35 mph.

Drivers should expect delays and plan travel accordingly. When traveling through the construction zone, do not exceed 35 mph and pay attention to workers, traffic control and other motorists, officials said.
