Missoula City Council to consider asking state to change name of Higgins Ave. bridge

MISSOULA, Mont. — On Monday the Missoula City Council will consider approving a letter to the Montana Department of Transportation.

It would recommend the state change the name of the Higgins Avenue Bridge to Bear Tracks Bridge.
