Kalispell City Council to consider zoning to allow for sale of marijuana

MISSOULA, Mont. — The Kalispell City Council will consider a proposal on Monday to update zoning to allow for the sale of marijuana.

Current wording prohibits it, but Kalispell wants to update its zoning codes to coincide with Montana legalizing the sale of recreational marijuana.
