Christi Jacobsen running for Secretary of State of Montana

Current Deputy Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen is running to be the next Secretary of State of Montana.

Jacobsen announced her candidacy on October 8 as a Republican.

Secretary of State Corey Stapleton is not seeking reelection in order to run for Montana’s U.S. House seat.

Jacobson said she wants to continue Stapleton’s successes, adding if elected she will promote sanctity and autonomy of elections.
