Missoula City Council hears proposal to ban flavored vaping products
MISSOULA, Mont. — Missoula City Council members heard from supporters of a local city ordinance to ban the sale of flavored vaping products on Wednesday.
This proposal comes one week after the Montana Department of Health and Human Services proposed a similar statewide ban.
Officials say the products they hope to ban hook kids into smoking.
Opponents say banning those products would infringe on an adult’s right to legally buy them.
