UPDATE: Teens plead not guilty to homicide charges in death of RMC student

The two juveniles suspected in the Oct. 28 shooting death of 18-year-old Rocky Mountain College freshman Chandler Stalcup have been charged as adults with homicide.

Yellowstone County prosecutors are accusing two teenage boys of tailing a sedan and fatally shooting its driver, a Rocky Mountain College athlete. Both pleaded not guilty Friday to murder and murder by accountability charges in Yellowstone County District Court.

Sidney Cruz Decrane Jr., age 16, has been charged with deliberate homicide.

The second suspect, 17-year-old Garrett Door has been charged with felony deliberate homicide by accountability.

Both pleaded not guilty Friday during their first appearance in court before District Judge Ashley Harada.

Garrett Door makes his initial appearance in Yellowstone County District Court on Friday in the fatal shooting of Stalcup.

Sidney Cruz Decrane makes his initial appearance in Yellowstone County District Court on Friday, Nov. 3. for the charge of deliberate homicide in the murder of 18-year-old Rocky Football player Chandler Stalcup.
