Rep. Rosendale releases statement after VA moves to offer veterans gender confirmation surgery

HELENA, Mont. – Representative Matt Rosendale released a statement in response to an announcement that the Department of Veterans Affairs is moving to offer transgender veterans gender confirmation surgery.
