Business Buzz: Beard and mustache competition at Cranky Sam

Here’s some business news in the Missoula area:

The first annual Western Montana Beard and Mustache Competition will be held at Cranky Sam Public House in downtown Missoula on Dec. 1 from 6-10 p.m.

“Hosted by Briggs Beard Co and Cranky Sam’s, facial hair growers will get to pick between three categories to compete for a chance to be crowned western Montana’s best beard, mustache or best creative freestyle,” organizer Briggs Weyrauch posted on Facebook. “There will be a trophy plus a cash prize for the winners of each category, and each competitor will be given a raffle ticket for a chance to win some goodies from local businesses around Montana.”

The top prize will be a $500 gift card from Scheels sporting and outdoors store in Missoula.
